Hot melt and low melt glue products are non-toxic thermoplastic adhesives based on EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) and are available in cartridge and pellet form.

Hot melt and low melt glue products are commonly used in the woodworking industry Cadre supplies products for all specifications of edge banding machines, whether it’s low melt glue required for the small hand-held machines such as the Goliath or hot melt glues for conventional straight line edge banders and Baz machines.

As there are many variations of hot melt and low melt glue, it is essential to ensure the glue chosen has the correct characteristics for your application. The glue's melting point and viscosity, along with the suitability of working materials should always be taken into account. Glues can be sourced in a wide range of colours but the most commonly used are natural and opaque.

Hot melt and low melt glues are suitable for use with melamine, ABS, PVC, PP, PMMA and wood veneers, and all are available ex-stock from our standard range.
