Glue Removers & Cleaners

Cadre Components has developed a range of glue removers and cleaners suitable for use in the panel processing industry. All products are designed for quick and easy use, helping to eliminate long drawn out processes.

Cadre Panel Wipe is formulated to remove hot glue and other edge bander marks from all types of board, especially dark colours. Panel Wipe is a low odour liquid which should be used sparingly, any residue will evaporate away completely leaving a clean, streak-free surface.

Cadre No Stick stops hot glue bonding to metal surfaces such as chain drives, universal joints, glue pot lids and heated hoses. With its unique blend of anti-stick properties No Stick is low odour and colourless.

Cadre Pot Cleaner is a dip tank solution for the cold removal of hot glue from pots and equipment, and usually requires an overnight soak.

Cadre Glue Belt Cleaner, is an extremely heavy duty glue remover for belts rollers and nozzles.

Cadre Brush Release is used in drip-feed tanks to prevent hot glue sticking to board cleaning brushes on edge banders. This product can also be used with a trigger spray. Should a non-silicone formulation be required, use Cadre Pot Cleaner on contaminated brushes.
