Special Production Edge Banding

Special production edge bands are produced to suit individual needs or requirements, offering the flexibility to satisfy requests for unusual designs or sizes.

Special production enables the user to make bespoke decisions about every aspect of the edge band. Edge bands can be produced in ABS, PVC, PP, PMMA and wood veneer in a range of thickness from 0.4mm to 12mm and widths from 12mm to 100mm. Minimum order quantities are dependant on material, thickness and width.

Opting for special production means that the required edge band can be tailored to suit exact requirements, mirroring almost any required surface effect, whether it’s a single colour finish or a marble effect. A wide variety of textures and finishes are available, from smooth to highly embossed and finishes from ultra matt to high gloss. These are carefully worked together to help achieve the desired finish.
