Automatic Veneer Edgebanding Defines the standard and is a classic among veneer edges. Single layer processed with a nominal thickness of 0.6mm, the front side is fine sanded and the reverse is available pre glued with hot melt or fleece backed. Thick Veneer Edgebanding Rolls Multiple layers of thick veneer, in thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 5mm. The front side is sanded with a fine grit of 150/180 and the backside calibrated with a 40 grit for better adhesion. Thick Veneer Edgebanding Strips Multiple layers of thick veneer, in thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 25mm. The front side is sanded with a fine grit of 150/180 and the reverse is calibrated with a 40 grit for better adhesion. Multiplex Veneer Edgebanding Rolls Beech or Birch veneer single layer or multiple layers are faced with a decorative multiplex top layer. Available in thicknesses from 0.6mm to 3mm. Multiplex Edgebanding Strips Made to order offering virtually unlimited design possibilities. The combination and arrangement of two different veneer types or colours creates individualised designs and effects. The multiplex effect appears through the entire edge thickness.
